Day 6 Rest
So wasn't able to do P90x today, I mismanaged my time so today became my rest day. I don't want to make this a habit and get off track so tomorrow I'll do Kempo and be ready for week 2 Monday.

The Beginning
Here are the basics:
This will be a video journal blog, I will post everyday with a small video for updates. I'll be using my Motorola Droid to shoot the video (This is partially just an excuse to use my awesome new phone more).
The Bet: I bet my friend I would lose 15 lbs in 90 days. He bet he would finally start lifting and gain 15 lbs in 90 days. Loser pays up $30 bucks and is DD for a month.
Goals:
#1 Win the bet.
#2 Not become a failed P90x blog like 95% of all the others out there.
#3 Gain a six pack, or be within reach in these 90 days.
